Do you provide national coverage?

Yes. Home Direct Express’ national footprint delivers to over 75 cities in the U.S. Unlike many major delivery companies, our unique onboarding process starts with an initial rollout in Dallas Fort-Worth (our headquarters), which allows us to align logistical and operational interfaces and procedures. Following this, we complete a multi-stage regional rollout.

 

Are you a broker/3PL?

No. All home deliveries are made possible by Home Direct employees in Home Direct trucks. We do not use third parties or independent contractors.

 

Are your drivers contracted?

No. All of our drivers are W2 Home Direct employees. Home Direct believes in having a team that’s stable and dependable, trained on the values of our company’s business.

 

How are your drivers different from other companies/drivers?

Unlike many companies, we have an extensive driver training program. We focus not only on driving safety best practices, but also on customer service. Part of our differentiation from other companies is that we deliver packages with a smile. It isn’t just a transaction.

 

Do you perform background checks on your employees?

Yes, each of our drivers must pass a background check and drug screen.

 

Will I be able to track my package?

Yes. We provide a tracking number so you can track your package from the moment it leaves the dock to when it arrives at your customer’s door.

 

Can my customer track their package?

Yes. We also provide your customer with a tracking number so they know when to expect their package.

 

Will our customer be notified when their package is delivered?

Yes. Upon deliver, your customer will be notified via email.

 

Do you guarantee delivery date/time?

Yes. We deliver within 24 hours and guarantee delivery by 8 p.m.

 

How are packages tracked?

Via barcode scanners. Each package is issued one from your dock before the delivery process begins.

 

How can you ensure data integrity?

We use top-of-the-line, secure cloud-based software. It professionally integrates to ensure all data is transmitted securely.

 

How are my packages transported?

Home Direct Express uses the very best delivery vans – Dodge Promaster custom delivery vans. And of course, our vans are designed to deliver perishable and fragile packages.
