The Home Direct Express team has been in the delivery business for over 25 years, with a focus on delivering 470,000 daily units of The Dallas Morning News and its sister publications. Recently, Home Direct has shifted its business model to dock-to-door home delivery service for harder-to-deliver packages – namely food kits including perishables and wine clubs.
Home Direct saw a need for an experienced company to handle specialized delivery of fragile products from company warehouses directly to subscribers. Until now, there hasn’t been a company large enough to provide top-notch delivery services and small enough to deliver a memorable customer experience. Home Direct is filling both of these needs through its new business model and competing with bigger traditional delivery companies.

Terry is focused on changing the landscape of the home delivery industry. A visionary leader with over 25 years in the industry, Terry worked for Boeing and Sony Ericsson before founding Home Direct Express with his business partners. Terry’s vision of future success is built on progressive industry experience, a perceptive ability for distribution model planning and extensive professional accomplishments. Terry’s high expectations and team spirit make him the perfect leader in a company that’s rapidly growing and evolving.
As COO, Elizabeth uses her background in client service solutions to make Home Direct Express the well-oiled machine it is. Elizabeth affords Home Direct Express a track record of constant achievment in customer service in an industry of constant flex. And because Home Direct is especially focused on the personal side of service, her compassionate and consistent side make her the perfect person to instill these values in company employees.
Kenneth served 6 years in the U.S. Air Force focused on security and enforcement. Over the past 15 years, he has developed a spectrum of end-to-end distribution models and executive accountability for major accounts. Kenneth’s career has made him a leading expert in ground logistics for home delivery. Today, Kenneth uses his practical and outgoing character to inspire and motivate his team.
